Iiiii am so excited for Mysterium! There are going to be tons of Myst fans there this year, it’s themed around Riven (my favorite), and we’re going to go to Cyan and get Obduction teasers. I’m going to have some shiny things for sale there to defray the cost of my room/plane ticket—I think Cyan is going to set up a small “shop” during the visit, plus I’ll have them with me the rest of the time. I’ll post details on what I’m bringing later this week ^_^ (And for those who I won’t see at Mysterium, I’ll be posting whatever’s left in my Etsy shop when I get back.)

Go look at the Unwritten Myst RPG Kickstarter! I'm making the brass pendants for the Guild Captain 2 reward level! And this is part of my project to generally make Myst/Riven/Uru/etc stuff for fans :) I know it's been a while since I posted about the Riven crest necklaces, but they are *absolutely* still in the works, and basically all of the research I've done for this project applies for the crest pendants too. When I'm done fulfilling the Kickstarter rewards, I'll start stocking both

So my partner and I are settling into the new place! Things are going well, but unpacking goes kind of slowly. The kitchen is the only room that's all unpacked. It's a little maddening to not have easy access to my tools. This month I'm investigating getting some workspace at the local makerspace and setting up a crafting area in the house as well. The immediate next steps for the Riven project don't even require having a fully functioning workspace--I just need to locate and unpack my metal plates and clamps and brass discs so I can do more experiments with PNP Blue transfers. Still need to find the perfect temperature/pressure/time combina
